the pool area is super nice, really great for chillin! also, the staff there are really friendly, and the hotel has a modern vibe that's cool. breakfast is tasty with lots of options, and the decoration looks nice everywhere. loved the comfy bed in the room and the clean vibes!

the room service was a total let down and the food at the hotel restaurant was cold and not good at all. also, check-in took way too long, which made us feel stressed.

Plus, the property's commitment to being eco-friendly with bamboo cards and paper straws adds a nice touch of responsibility. The staff are hardworking and you can feel the effort they put in.

The hotel is beautifully clean and peaceful, making it perfect for family time. We enjoyed lounging by the fabulous pool and taking leisurely walks in the stunning gardens. Having my mom with me made the experience even more special as we explored local beaches nearby.

The Junior Suite was super comfy with a huge bed, and I loved the modern design everywhere. Everything felt clean and nicely furnished. The terrace added a nice touch, but I wished they had more evening snack options available at the pool bar. Just drinks were a bit of a letdown after a long day.

Comfortable room, attentive staff, with very kind and helpful receptionists who made my stay pleasant, especially Madame Marta, and delicious breakfast options that catered to various tastes.
